High Throughput Liquid Handling Facility

The High-Throughput liquid handling Facility at the CRL is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation to perform NGS library preparation, ELISA, Automated nucleic acid extraction. Major workstations include:

• Liquid handling (Hamilton STARlet-Replicator)
• Opentron(OT-2 NGS platform)
• Automated Nucleic acid extractor (gExtract, Genocare, 96- extractions)
• Other small instruments available at the HTL facility include plate washer (Molecular Devices) and plate staker (Molecular devices).
