Harshitha, a Masters graduate in Microbiology, has contributed to Nova Publishers by authoring a chapter titled "Implementation of Biological Fuel Cell in Treating Pharmaceutical Effluents" for the book "Microbial Fuel Cell." She possesses one year of experience in microbiology techniques, including culturing, antimicrobial susceptibility testing using Vitek 2 Compact, serotyping by Quellung, RT-PCR by GeneXpert, and lyophilization. She is currently working on the phenotypic characterization of WHO-priority pathogens and archiving Streptococcus pneumoniae.
